looking for d2 oilbuyer's procedure1. buyer issues icpo with bank details.2. ncnd/imfpa prepared and signed by the parties.3. seller issues fco with tank receipts for the immediately liftable product in tank storage.buyer accepts and signs fco and returns to seller.4. seller issues a draft contract for review by the buyer, along with a proforma invoice for theimmediately liftable product to be delivered at initial closing.5. buyer reviews draft contract and returns to the seller with any proposed revisionsincorporated therein. seller and buyer negotiate final contract language and sign, seal andexchange electronically. hard copies of fully executed contract shall be exchanged via dhlor other acceptable overnight courier delivery service.6. seller and buyer lodge executed contract with their respective banks within two (2) bankingdays after their signing said document. buyer bank and seller bank shall each be a top 50prime bank.7. upon lodging of fully executed contract, seller bank shall immediately swift partial proof ofproduct to buyer bank, which shall consist ofa. tank receipts for immediately liftable product.b. sgs reports.c. dip test authorization letter.8. buyer bank to have independent laboratory (robinson/sgs/saybolt) verify and perform diptest on immediately liftable product in tank.9. upon completion of dip test with satisfactory test results, buyer bank shall promptly swiftto seller bank an mt103-23 to be used in payment for immediately liftable product.10. upon confirmed receipt by seller bank of the mt103-23, seller bank shall swift to buyerbank the full proof of product (pop) documents within (6) banking hours along with titletransfer documentation.11. upon verification of full proof of product and title transfer documentation by buyer bank,buyer bank will remove conditions to mt103-23, and ownership/title and payment areexchanged bank-to-bank for the immediately liftable product.12. seller opens two percent (2%) performance bond showing buyer as beneficiary.13. buyer bank issues rdlc in amount equal to one (1) months product delivery value underthe contract.14. shipment/lifting of product commences as per delivery schedule set forth in contract.30 totman, quincy, massachusetts, united statescontact person mr. sam yufang hotelephone 1-857-2220781fax 1-617-4722328 Post:Sponsor
